The Who Cares? Campaign builds upon the mission of the Touch Foundation – a nonprofit organization that is addressing the severe shortage of healthcare workers in sub-Saharan Africa, using Tanzania as a base. The Touch Foundation welcomes contributions from corporations, individuals, development partners and both private and public agencies. Such support makes it possible to train more doctors, nurses, pharmacists, radiographers, lab technicians, and other health professionals in Tanzania, and to also strengthen the wider health care system in which they work.
